Frequently asked questions

Short answers to what lenders ask us about asset finance.

1What assets can I finance?

Cars, motorcycles, commercial vehicles, machinery and other equipment. Each asset product has its own deposit, term, rate and fee settings.

2How are guarantors, insurance and security handled?

Guarantors and the asset are recorded as security on the agreement, and insurance policies and claims are tracked against the loan so cover does not lapse unnoticed.

3What happens when a customer stops paying?

Late penalties apply automatically, reminders and collections follow, and if needed you can reschedule, or repossess and dispose of the asset, with every step and the sale proceeds recorded.

4Can I explore Asset Finance before committing?

Yes. You can start free, with no payment details needed to begin, and try it with your own products and settings. Our team can also set up a working example with you.

5How is customer information kept secure?

All traffic uses HTTPS, passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and people see only what their role allows. Every action is recorded in an audit log, and each company's data is kept apart from everyone else's. Card and mobile-money payments are handled by the payment providers you connect, and the platform records the references.

6Which industries and lenders is it built for?

Banks, microfinance institutions, SACCOs and credit unions, fintechs, buy now pay later providers, auto and asset lenders, and enterprises that lend to customers, staff or suppliers.
